Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Nedia Enterprises, Inc. (“Nedia,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit nedia.com, contact us, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter or apply for a position through our website.

Our website provides information about erosion control, sediment control and bioengineering products. You can browse our product information without submitting a contact form or subscribing to marketing.

1. Information we collect

Enquiries and quotations. When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, address, product interests, project requirements, quantities, timing and message. We also receive information you provide in follow-up correspondence.

Newsletter subscriptions. Our subscription form collects your email address and name, together with optional company or other information you choose to supply. Subscription records may include confirmation details and preferences.

Job applications. If you apply through our careers pages, we collect the contact details, resume, employment or education information and other materials you submit. Please provide only information relevant to your application and ensure you have permission to provide another person’s details, such as a reference.

Website and security information. Our website and its service providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps and security-related activity. Cookies and embedded services may also collect information as described below.

Please do not send payment card details, Social Security numbers, account passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal information through general website forms or ordinary enquiry emails.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to questions, prepare quotations and discuss product or project requirements.
  • Manage customer and business communications and provide requested assistance.
  • Send newsletter and product updates to subscribers and manage subscription preferences.
  • Review job applications and communicate with applicants.
  • Operate, maintain and improve the website and understand its use.
  • Detect spam, fraud, misuse and security incidents.
  • Maintain relevant business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. Service providers and other disclosures

We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for targeted advertising. This does not prevent the operational disclosures described in this policy.

We use service providers to support website hosting, email delivery, newsletter management, website maintenance, security and related business functions. They may process information needed to provide those services. For example, SiteGround hosts our website, and Brevo provides the newsletter subscription service.

We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our business and website. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable requirements.

4. Cookies and third-party features

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functions, security and embedded services. Information collected depends on the feature you use and your browser settings.

Analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and successful enquiries and to measure the results of our Google Ads. These services can process browser and device information, pages visited, referring sources and interactions. Advertising personalization is disabled in our configuration. Our privacy controls govern when these optional measurement tags load.

Your website privacy settings. Use the Privacy settings button at the bottom of any page to accept or reject optional analytics and YouTube video separately. We remember an explicit choice in this browser for up to 180 days, unless you clear site storage. You can change it at any time. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from browsing product information or using our forms. Withdrawing analytics permission reloads the page to stop the loaded measurement tags; it does not undo processing that already occurred.

Regional choices. We use a locally stored DB-IP country database to estimate your country from your IP address; this lookup does not send your IP address to DB-IP. Visitors detected in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom are shown a consent prompt before optional services load. Visitors detected in the United States can use Privacy settings to opt out. In other locations, or when the country cannot be determined reliably, optional analytics and video remain off unless you enable them through Privacy settings; no automatic prompt is shown. Existing explicit choices remain available in your browser. Country estimates can be inaccurate. A browser Global Privacy Control signal disables optional analytics and ad measurement, including where a previous choice allowed them.

YouTube. Our homepage background video uses YouTube privacy-enhanced embedding when permitted by your privacy settings. Loading and playing it connects your browser to Google/YouTube and can disclose technical information such as IP address and browser details. When video is not permitted, a still image is shown instead. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google services.

Newsletter. Our newsletter subscription form sends the information you submit to Brevo for subscription processing. Newsletter services may record delivery, opens or link clicks, depending on the settings used. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us for assistance.

Spam protection. Forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, fraud and abuse. Where present, it processes information about your device, browser and interaction with the form for that purpose.

External resources. Links to CADdetails, social media and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Embedded content can also communicate with its provider. Please review the relevant provider’s privacy information when using those services.

Browser choices. You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies and restrict third-party content. Some features may not work correctly if you do so. A browser’s “Do Not Track” setting does not by itself ensure that cookies or third-party features are disabled; use the available browser controls and contact us with questions about privacy preferences. Applicable legally required opt-out rights are described below.

5. Retention and security

We do not apply a single fixed retention period to every category of personal information. Retention depends on the purpose of collection, the status of an enquiry or business relationship, recruitment needs, subscription preferences, applicable recordkeeping requirements and the need to resolve disputes or maintain security. Information may remain in correspondence, business records or backups for different periods. You can contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements and exceptions.

We use website access controls and security tools to help protect personal information. No website, electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information provided to Nedia has been misused.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to provide optional information. Without the information needed to respond to an enquiry, prepare a quote or assess an application, we may be unable to complete your request.

To ask about your personal information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@nedia.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and how you interacted with us. Please do not attach identity documents or sensitive information unless we specifically request them through an appropriate method.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of your information, restricting or objecting to certain processing, withdrawing consent, or opting out of certain uses. These rights may be subject to exceptions. We may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, an authorized representative’s authority before acting on a request. We will handle requests and any applicable appeal rights as required by applicable law.

If you disagree with our response, reply to our privacy contact with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your state attorney general or other relevant data protection authority. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop communications needed to respond to your requests or manage an existing business relationship.

7. Other important information

Children. Our website is intended for business and professional audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, contact us so we can review and address it.

Visitors outside the United States. Nedia operates in the United States. Information you provide may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws can differ by location. Contact us if you have questions about how this affects your information.

Policy updates. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it as required by applicable law.
